CCM. The parties acknowledge that the Country Coordinating Mechanism (“CCM”) coordinates the submission of proposals to the Global Fund from the Host Country, including any request for continued funding beyond the Phase 1 Ending Date (“Request for Continued Funding”) and monitors the implementation of both Program activities under this Agreement and other programs financed by the Global Fund in the Host Country, if any.
