CDBG-DR Rules & Contract Provisions. As a condition of the Grant and payment of Contractor’s work with grant funds, Owner and Contractor agree to comply with the Federal Contract Terms and Requirements (Attachment C) in particular CDBG-DR rules, procedures and/or requirements to the extent they are applicable to this Agreement and/or Scope of Work (Attachment A).
