CDC and Collaborator Contributions. The contributions of any staff, funds, materials, and equipment by the Parties are set forth in Appendix B. The Federal Technology Transfer Act of 1986, 15 U.S.C. § 3710a(d)(1) prohibits CDC from providing funds to Collaborator for any research and development activities under this CRADA.
CDC and Collaborator Contributions. The CDC contribution to the RP in the form of personnel, services and property is designated in Appendix C. The Collaborator contribution to the RP in the form of personnel, services, property, support for staffing and/or funding is designated in Appendix C. Payment schedules, if applicable, are also indicated in Appendix C.
