CDDP Authorization of Client Services Sample Clauses

The CDDP Authorization of Client Services clause establishes that the Community Developmental Disabilities Program (CDDP) must formally approve or authorize specific services provided to clients. In practice, this means that before any services are delivered or billed, the CDDP reviews and confirms that the services are appropriate and necessary for the client’s needs. This clause ensures that only authorized services are rendered, helping to control costs, maintain compliance with funding requirements, and ensure clients receive suitable support.
