CDIC Responsibilities Clause Samples

CDIC Responsibilities. (a) CDIC shall design, develop, and test the Marquette ICG Module Kit according to the CDIC ICG Module Kit Specifications and schedule for completion of such work as set forth in Exhibit C at CDIC's cost. (b) During the term of this Agreement, CDIC shall develop and make available the Modifications to Marquette within 120 days after completion and regulatory approval (as necessary) of such Modifications. Upgrades shall be made available to Marquette to the extent provided in Section 14.3 of this Agreement.
