Common use of CDMA Licence Clause in Contracts

CDMA Licence. Unicom Group’s CDMA licence (Licence No. [2001] Yi Zi No. 01) issued by the MII dated 1 August 2001 is in full force and effect and there are no circumstances which indicate that such licence will or is likely to be revoked, in whole or in part. In accordance with applicable PRC laws and regulations, Unicom Group is permitted to authorise the Lessee to provide CDMA mobile telecommunications services by using the Network;
