CEC Bankruptcy or Similar Proceeding. Except as otherwise provided herein, nothing herein shall be construed to limit or impair in any way a Consenting Creditor’s, the Trustee’s or the Collateral Agent’s respective rights or ability to appear in or take any other action to protect its interests (or, in the case of the Trustee and the Collateral Agent, the interests of their beneficiaries) in connection with any proceeding related to a CEC Chapter 11 Case or a CEC Bankruptcy Event.
