Cedara Software. The Cedara Software owned by or in possession of Cedara prior to the Effective Date or developed or acquired independent of this Agreement during the Term, and any enhancements or modifications thereto or derivatives thereof, shall be owned exclusively by Cedara or its suppliers, as applicable, and except as expressly provided for in this Agreement, all rights, title and interest therein are reserved by Cedara or its suppliers, as indicated by Cedara.
