Cell Phone; Internet. The Company shall pay the monthly charges of your personal cell phone, as well the monthly charges of the Internet infrastructure and Internet service provider. You shall bear all taxes applicable to you in connection with the said payment. I, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, am employed by Entera Bio Ltd. ("Company") pursuant to an employment agreement to which this Confidentiality, Non-Competition, Non-Solicitation, and Assignment of Inventions Undertaking ("Undertaking") is attached as Appendix B ("Employment Agreement"). I acknowledge that in the course of my employment with the Company I will become familiar with a range of Confidential Information (as defined below) and that my services are of particular and special value to the Company. In consequence, I undertake the following towards the Company and its affiliates, being persons or entities which control, are controlled by or are under common control with the Company now or in the future (individually and collectively referred to as the "Group").
