CEMEX Spain Liens. None of the Credit Parties shall, nor shall they permit any of their Subsidiaries, other than CEMEX Spain and its Subsidiaries, to (i) enter into a new senior Debt financing secured by a Lien on the productive assets directly owned by CEMEX Spain or its Subsidiaries or (ii) amend any existing Debt financing to add a Lien on the productive assets directly owned by CEMEX Spain or its Subsidiaries, in each case except for Permitted Liens.
