Center of Main Interest. Pipe and each of its Subsidiaries incorporated in England and Wales shall maintain its registered office and centre of main interest for purposes of Recital 13 of EC Regulation No. 1346/2000 of 29th May, 2000 on insolvency proceedings within the United Kingdom.
