Center Services. The Authority will furnish heat, air conditioning, light, and water in its discretion and as the Center Vice President/General Manager may determine the reasonable needs of the Customer. In no case will the Authority furnish any of the aforementioned services in amounts or degrees beyond installed capacities of said services. The Authority shall have no obligation to furnish cleaning services which may be required to properly care for the Licensed Area during the License Period, said obligation being that of the Customer. The Customer shall furnish at the Customer's expense all necessary labor required for setting up, presenting and dismantling of all equipment provided by the Customer and other property of the Customer utilized during the License Period. The Authority will provide cleaning services only at the end of the License Period based upon normal use of the Licensed Area, with the Customer responsible for the increased cost of such services to the extent the Licensed Area contains excessive trash, difficult to remove items (e.g., confetti, glitter, or flower petals) or other conditions for which the Customer is responsible.

Center Services. 5.1. Provided Tenant is not in default under any of the provisions of the Lease following the expiration of any applicable notice and cure periods, Landlord shall provide, to the extent of and in the same manner as other buildings of similar type in the same geographical location as the Building, the following services and facilities, the cost of which will be borne as set forth in Sections 3 and 4 above: 5.1.1. Air conditioning and heating, through the HVAC system of the Building, except that Landlord shall not be responsible in any manner for any equipment installed by Tenant as part of the Tenant Improvements. Tenant agrees to cooperate fully with Landlord and to abide by all the regulations and requirements which Landlord may reasonably prescribe for the proper and economical functioning and protection of the air conditioning system. 5.1.2. Electric current for illumination for standard general office use and the operation of standard general office equipment. If the nature of Tenant’s use requires additional lines, risers or other electrical equipment, Landlord shall install the same at Tenant’s cost and expense and Tenant shall also pay any abnormal electric usage charges. 5.1.3. Cleaning, maintenance and repair service of the public toilet rooms in the Center, which shall not include the restrooms in the Demised Premises. 5.1.4. Cleaning of outside of exterior window panes. 5.1.5. Cleaning, maintenance and repair of common areas. 5.1.6. Normal janitorial service for the office space in the Demised Premises and normal janitorial service for any other portions of the Demised Premises, if and only if Tenant has elected to have Landlord clean such other portions of the Demised Premises at Tenant’s expense. 5.1.7. Hot and cold water for lavatory, general laboratory and drinking purposes; if Tenant requires water for additional purposes or requires an abnormal amount of water, Tenant shall pay the cost thereof as shown on a meter to be installed and maintained at Tenant’s expense to measure such consumption. 5.1.8. Maintenance service for the changing of light bulbs in the Demised Premises and the Center, the cost of which as it relates solely to the Demised Premises shall be borne by Tenant and the cost of which as it relates to the common areas of the Center shall be included in the calculation of Operating Expenses. 5.2. It is understood that Landlord does not warrant that any of the services referred to in this Section 5 will be free from interruption...

Center Services. Contractor shall: 1) Provide access to clinical staff for any Client who is experiencing mental health issues and in need of clinical services in order to prevent a mental health crisis, and a Peer-staffed resource center for Clients and Caregivers. Services to be provided shall include but not be limited to the following: a) Upon arrival at Center, Clients shall be welcomed and their immediate needs evaluated, including their housing status, through an assessment. Verbal support and encouragement shall be provided, snacks made available as well as a quiet environment, as the Client’s level of need is determined and the Client is stabilized. b) Returning Clients and Caregivers arriving for use of the Peer-staffed resource center, which is located within the CARE Center, are not required to be re-assessed and shall be directed accordingly. c) Once the assessment is complete and Client is stabilized and considered not to be in crisis as determined by Contractor, a voluntary plan to assist the Client with his or her needs and goals for improvement will be developed with the Client to include a referral or referrals to appropriate Partner Organizations and/or the Peer-staffed resource center, which is located within the CARE Center. Referrals to Partner Organizations shall incorporate the specific strategies, to also include Client/Caregiver surveys/questionnaires, Contractor has developed with each individual Partner Organization to refer and track referral results to monitor expected outcomes. Partner Organizations shall include but not be limited to the following agencies: a. National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), b. Empire Recovery Center, c. Visions of the Cross, d. Northern Valley Catholic Social Service, e. Homeless Coalition, f. YMCA, and

B. ON-LINE SYSTEMS AVAILABILITY - The On-Line System will be available for inquiry and data entry at least 96% of the time during Business Hours, measured on a calendar month basis.

  • Call Center Services Answer telephone inquiries during mutually agreed upon hours each day on which the Fund is open for trading. In the event that the Fund plans to be open on a business day when the New York Stock Exchange is to be closed, the Fund shall provide the Transfer Agent with reasonable advance notice and the parties shall discuss the call center resources available for such day. The Transfer Agent shall answer and respond to inquiries from existing Shareholders, prospective Shareholders of the Fund and broker-dealers on behalf of such Shareholders in accordance with the instructions provided by the Fund to the Transfer Agent for purpose of fulfilling its duties under this Agreement, including, accepting transaction requests on behalf of the Fund.

  • Surgery Services This plan covers surgery services to treat a disease or injury when: • the operation is not experimental or investigational, or cosmetic in nature; • the operation is being performed at the appropriate place of service; and • the physician is licensed to perform the surgery. This plan covers reconstructive surgery and procedures when the services are performed to relieve pain, or to correct or improve bodily function that is impaired as a result of: • a birth defect; • an accidental injury; • a disease; or • a previous covered surgical procedure. Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. This plan covers the procedures listed below to treat functional impairments. • abdominal wall surgery including panniculectomy (other than an abdominoplasty); • blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; • gastric bypass or gastric banding; • nasal reconstruction and septorhinoplasty; • orthognathic surgery including mandibular and maxillary osteotomy; • reduction mammoplasty; • removal of breast implants; • removal or treatment of proliferative vascular lesions and hemangiomas; • treatment of varicose veins; or • gynecomastia.

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • Cloud Services You will not intentionally (a) interfere with other customers’ access to, or use of, the Cloud Service, or with its security; (b) facilitate the attack or disruption of the Cloud Service, including a denial of service attack, unauthorized access, penetration testing, crawling, or distribution of malware (including viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spyware, adware, and cancelbots); (c) cause an unusual spike or increase in Your use of the Cloud Service that negatively impacts the Cloud Service’s operation; or (d) submit any information that is not contemplated in the applicable Documentation.

  • Special Services Should the Trust have occasion to request the Adviser to perform services not herein contemplated or to request the Adviser to arrange for the services of others, the Adviser will act for the Trust on behalf of the Fund upon request to the best of its ability, with compensation for the Adviser's services to be agreed upon with respect to each such occasion as it arises.

  • Administration Services When a medical prescription drug is administered by infusion, the administration of the prescription drug may be covered separately from the prescription drug. Prescription drugs that are self-administered are not covered as a medical benefit but may be covered as a pharmacy benefit.
