Common use of Central Applications Facility Clause in Contracts

If there are no surplus staff, or where all surplus staff within the defined radius set out at paragraph 6.3.15 have been placed, the filling of posts in Offices outside of Dublin or newly decentralised Offices will be offered to CAF volunteers in accordance with the existing protocols agreed with the staff side.
