Central Bank Rate Adjustment. In relation to the Central Bank Rate prevailing at close of business on any RFR Banking Day, the mean (calculated by the Agent (or by any other Finance Party which agrees to do so in place of the Agent)) of the Central Bank Rate Spreads for the five most immediately preceding RFR Banking Days for which the RFR was available, excluding the days with the highest (and, if there is more than one highest spread, only one of those highest spreads) and lowest spreads (and, if there is more than one lowest spread, only one of those lowest spreads) to the Central Bank Rate.
