CENTRAL TERMS. The Board shall administer a sick leave plan and maintain a sick leave account for every teacher who is a member of the Union Local. The account shall show a record of the teacher’s credited sick leave STLDP, top up days and used sick leave. An electronic statement of the account shall be provided to the Teacher on or before September 15 of each school year. If there are any inaccuracies or discrepancies, the teacher will notify the Human Resource Services Department no later than October 15.
