CEO Base Salary. The Company shall pay to Executive during and with respect to the Employment Period, and Executive agrees to accept, annual base salary (“Base Salary”) equal to $450,000, payable on a semi-monthly basis in accordance with the standard payroll practices of the Company. Base salary will be re-evaluated on an annual basis and subject to a merit increase, pursuant to the normal practices of the Company.
