Cephalon IP. Cephalon shall be responsible, at its sole discretion and expense, for preparing, filing, prosecuting and maintaining in such countries it deems appropriate, by itself or with Third Parties, Cephalon Patents including conducting any interferences, re-examinations, reissues and oppositions relating to such Patents.
