Ceramic Fixtures. Scour, wash and disinfect all basins, bowls and urinals with Owner-approved germicidal detergent solution, including tile walls near urinals. Special attention must be taken to inspect and clean areas of difficult access, such as the underside of toilet bowl rings and urinals, to prevent building up of calcium and iron oxide deposits. Wash both sides of all toilet seats with approved germicidal solution and wipe dry. Toilet seats to be left in an upright position.
