Common use of CERCLA Agreement Clause in Contracts

CERCLA Agreement. The indemnities set forth in Section 15.1.1(G) are intended to operate as agreements pursuant to Section 107(e) of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, 42 U.S.C. Section 9607(e), and Health and Safety Code section 25364, to insure, protect, hold harmless and indemnify the Indemnified Parties.

CERCLA Agreement. The indemnities set forth in Section 15.1.1(GSections 18.1.1(g) and 18.23 are intended to operate as agreements pursuant to Section 107(e9607(e) of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, 42 U.S.C. Section 9607(e), and Health and Safety Code section 25364, Act (CERCLA) to insure, protect, hold harmless and indemnify the Indemnified Parties.
