Certain Accounting Matters. (a) At all times during the existence of the Trust, the Administrative Trustees shall keep, or cause to be kept, full books of account, records and supporting documents, which shall reflect in reasonable detail, each transaction of the Trust. The books of account shall be maintained on the accrual method of accounting, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, consistently applied. The Trust shall use the accrual method of accounting for United States federal income tax purposes. The books of account and the records of the Trust shall be examined by and reported upon as of the end of each Fiscal Year of the Trust by a firm of independent certified public accountants selected by the Administrative Trustees. (b) The Administrative Trustees shall cause to be prepared and delivered to each of the Holders of Securities, within 90 days after the end of each Fiscal Year of the Trust, annual financial statements of the Trust, including a balance sheet of the Trust as of the end of such Fiscal Year, and the related statements of income or loss. (a) At all times during the existence of the Trust, the Administrative Trustees on behalf of the Trust shall keep, or cause to be kept, full books of account, records and supporting documents, all of which shall reflect in reasonable detail, detail each transaction of the Trust. The books of account shall be maintained on the accrual method of accounting, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, consistently applied. The Trust shall use the accrual method of accounting for United States federal income tax purposes. The books of account and the records of the Trust shall be examined by and reported upon as of the end of each Fiscal Year of the Trust by a firm of independent certified public accountants selected by the Administrative Trustees, which may also serve as the independent certified public accountant for the Sponsor or any Affiliate of the Sponsor.
(b) The Administrative Trustees shall cause to be prepared and delivered to each of the Holders of SecuritiesTrustees, within 90 days after the end of each Fiscal Year on behalf of the Trust, annual financial statements of the Trust, including a balance sheet of the Trust as of the end of such Fiscal Year, and the related statements of income or loss.
(c) The Administrative Trustees shall cause to be duly prepared and delivered to each of the Holders of Securities, an any annual United States federal income tax information statement, statement required by the CodeCode and the Treasury Regulations, containing such information with regard to the Securities held by each Holder as is required by the Code and the Treasury Regulations. Notwithstanding any right under the Code to deliver any such statement at a later date, the Administrative Trustees on behalf of the Trust shall endeavor to deliver all such statements within 30 days after the end of each Fiscal Year of the Trust.
(dc) The Administrative Trustees on behalf of the Trust shall cause to be duly prepared and filed with the appropriate taxing authority, authority an annual United States federal income tax return, on a Form 1041 or such other form required by United States federal income tax law, and any other annual income tax returns required to be filed by the Administrative Trustees on behalf of the Trust with any state or local taxing authority.

Certain Accounting Matters. Notwithstanding any right under the Code to deliver any such statement at a later date, the Administrative Trustees shall endeavor to deliver all such information statements within 30 days after the end of each Fiscal Year of the Trust.
