Certain Accounting Matters. (a) At all times during the existence of the Trust, the Administrators shall keep, or cause to be kept at the principal office of the Trust in the United States, as defined for purposes of Treasury Regulations section 301.7701-7, full books of account, records and supporting documents, which shall reflect in reasonable detail each transaction of the Trust. The books of account shall be maintained, at the Sponsor's expense, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, consistently applied. The books of account and the records of the Trust shall be examined by and reported upon (either separately or as part of the Sponsor's regularly prepared consolidated financial report) as of the end of each Fiscal Year of the Trust by a firm of independent certified public accountants selected by the Administrators. (b) The Administrators shall cause to be duly prepared and delivered to each of the Holders of Securities Form 1099 or such other annual United States federal income tax information statement required by the Code, containing such information with regard to the Securities held by each Holder as is required by the Code and the Treasury Regulations. Notwithstanding any right under the Code to deliver any such statement at a later date, the Administrators shall endeavor to deliver all such statements within 30 days after the end of each Fiscal Year of the Trust. (c) The Administrators, at the Sponsor's expense, shall cause to be duly prepared at the principal office of the Trust in the United States, as defined for purposes of Treasury Regulations section 301.7701-7, and filed an annual United States federal income tax return on a Form 1041 or such other form required by United States federal income tax law, and any other annual income tax returns required to be filed by the Administrators on behalf of the Trust with any state or local taxing authority.

(b) The Administrative Trustees shall cause to be duly prepared and delivered to each of the Holders, any annual United States federal income tax information statement statement, required by the Code, containing such information with regard to the Securities Trust Interests held by each Holder as is required by the Code and the Treasury Regulations. Notwithstanding any right under the Code to deliver any such statement at a later date, the Administrators shall endeavor to deliver all such statements within 30 days after the end of each Fiscal Year of the Trust. (c) The Administrators, at the Sponsor's expense, Administrative Trustees shall cause to be duly prepared at the principal office of the Trust in the United States, as defined for purposes of Treasury Regulations section 301.7701-7, and filed with the appropriate taxing authority, an annual United States federal income tax return return, on a Form 1041 or such other form required by United States federal income tax law, and any other annual income tax returns required to be filed by the Administrators Administrative Trustees on behalf of the Trust with any state or local taxing authority.
