Certain Actions by Collateral Agent. Any action taken by the Collateral Agent pursuant to this Article in respect of the release of any or all of the Collateral will be taken by the Collateral Agent as its interest in such Collateral may appear, and no provision of this Article II is intended to, or will, excuse compliance with any provision hereof.
