Common use of Certain Actions Permitted Clause in Contracts

Certain Actions Permitted. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, each Agent may make such demands or file such claims in respect of the Senior Priority Obligations or Junior Priority Obligations, as applicable, owed to such Agent and the Creditors represented thereby as are necessary to prevent the waiver or bar of such claims under applicable statutes of limitations or other statutes, court orders, or rules of procedure at any time.
