Certain Additional Assurances Regarding Maintenance and Operations of Properties. With respect to those Borrowing Base Properties which are being operated by operators other than the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary, neither the Borrower nor any Restricted Subsidiary shall be obligated to perform any undertakings contemplated by the covenants and agreement contained in Section 8.1.14 [Compliance with Certain Contracts] that any Responsible Officer of the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary reasonably believes are (a) performable only by such operators or (b) beyond the control of the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries; however, the Borrower agrees to promptly take, or cause to be taken, all reasonable actions available under any operating agreements or otherwise to bring about the performance of any such material undertakings required to be performed thereunder.
