Certain Affiliate Contracts. All work performed or materials supplied by Affiliates or related parties of a Development Operator shall be performed or supplied at competitive rates, pursuant to written agreements, and in accordance with customs and standards prevailing in the industry. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Atlas or an Affiliate of Atlas is party to two drilling services contracts with Crown Drilling, an Affiliate of Atlas, and the Parties hereby agree that each of such contracts as existing on the Effective Date meet the requirements of this Section 5.6.
