CERTAIN AGREEMENTS OF LESSOR. Unless a Lease Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, Lessor agrees to make available to Lessee such rights as Lessor may have under any warranty with respect to the Aircraft made, or made available, by Airframe Manufacturer or Engine Manufacturer or any of their respective subcontractors or suppliers, as the case may be, pursuant to and in accordance with the terms of the Purchase Agreement Assignment.
