Certain Agreements of the Lessee. The Lessee agrees with the Lessor for the benefit of the Owner Participant that the Lessee shall perform the agreements, covenants and indemnities of the Lessee set forth in the Participation Agreement to the extent the same are applicable to the Owner Participant, as fully and to the same extent and with the same force and effect as if set forth in full in this Article 5.
