Common use of Certain Agreements of the Loan Parties Clause in Contracts

Certain Agreements of the Loan Parties. The Loan Parties agree that (i) they will use their best efforts to assist and cooperate with each Lender in any manner reasonably requested by such Lender to effect the sale of participation in or assignments of any of the Loan Documents or any portion thereof or interest therein, including, without limitation, assisting in the preparation of appropriate disclosure documents and making members of management available at reasonable times to meet with and answer questions of potential assignees and Participants; and (ii) subject to the provisions of Section 13.14 hereof, such Lender may disclose credit information regarding the Loan Parties to any potential Participant or assignee.
