Certain Agreements with Respect to Bankruptcy or Insolvency Proceedings. This Agreement shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding the commencement of any Insolvency or Liquidation Proceeding. The parties hereto acknowledge that the provisions of this Agreement are intended to be enforceable as contemplated by Section 510(a) of the Bankruptcy Code. All references herein to any Grantor shall include such Grantor as a debtor-in-possession and any receiver or trustee for such Grantor.
