Certain Amendments by General Partner. Notwithstanding the provisions of subparagraph 20(a) hereof, amendments to reflect any one or more of the following events may be made by the General Partner in order to carry out the other provisions of this Agreement and to comply with law, and no such amendments shall require the vote, approval, or written consent of the Limited Partner:
