Lender may, in its sole discretion, make or permit Revolving Loans, Accommodations or other Obligations in excess of the Maximum Credit, Gross or Net Availability or applicable formulas or sub-limits. All or any portion of such excess(es) shall become immediately due and payable, upon Lender's demand.
