Certain Amounts Due on Demand. Lender may, in its sole discretion, make or permit Revolving Loans, Accommodations or other Obligations in excess of the Maximum Credit, Gross or Net Availability or applicable formulas or sublimits. All or any portion of such excess(es) shall be immediately due and payable upon Lender's demand, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Lender.
