Certain Amounts Due on Demand. Lender may, in its sole discretion, make or permit Revolving Loans, Accommodations, or other Obligations in excess of the Maximum Credit, Accounts Availability or Net Availability or applicable formulas or sublimits. All or any portion of such excess(es) shall become immediately due and payable upon Lender's demand.
