Certain Assurances. (1) Borrower shall duly execute, acknowledge, and deliver (or cause to be executed, acknowledged, and delivered) all such further documents, and shall do and cause to be done such further things, as Security Agent reasonably requests to accomplish the purposes of the Operative Agreements, provided that any document so executed by Borrower will not expand any obligations or limit any rights of Borrower in respect of the Transactions.
