Common use of Certain Business Practices Clause in Contracts

Certain Business Practices. Neither Parent nor any director, officer, agent or employee of Parent has (i) used any funds for unlawful contributions, gifts, entertainment or other unlawful expenses relating to political activity, (ii) made any unlawful payment to foreign or domestic government officials or employees or to foreign or domestic political parties or campaigns or violated any provision of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended, or (iii) made any other unlawful payment.

Certain Business Practices. Neither Parent nor any directorParent Subsidiary nor any directors, officerofficers, agent agents or employee employees of Parent or any Parent Subsidiary (in their capacities as such) has (i) used any funds for unlawful contributions, gifts, entertainment or other unlawful expenses relating to political activity, activity or (ii) made any unlawful payment to foreign or domestic government officials or employees or to foreign or domestic political parties or campaigns or violated any provision of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended, or (iii) made any other unlawful payment.

Certain Business Practices. Neither Parent nor the Parent, its Subsidiaries nor, to the knowledge of the Parent, any director, officer, employee or agent of the Parent or employee of Parent has Affiliate thereof has: (i) used any funds for unlawful contributions, gifts, entertainment or other unlawful expenses payments relating to political activity, ; (ii) made any unlawful payment to any foreign or domestic government officials official or employees employee or to any foreign or domestic political parties party or campaigns campaign or violated any provision of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended, ; or (iii) made any other unlawful payment.

Neither the Parent nor or, to the knowledge of the Parent, any director, officer, employee or agent or employee of the Parent has has: (ia) used any funds for unlawful contributions, gifts, entertainment or other unlawful expenses payments relating to political activity, ; (iib) made any unlawful payment to any foreign or domestic government officials official or employees employee or to any foreign or domestic political parties party or campaigns campaign or violated any provision of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended, ; or (iiic) made any other unlawful payment.

Neither the Parent nor Entities nor, to the knowledge of Parent, any director, officer, agent or employee of the Parent Entities has (i) used any funds for unlawful contributions, gifts, entertainment or other unlawful expenses relating to political activity, (ii) made any unlawful payment to foreign or domestic government officials or employees or to foreign or domestic political parties or campaigns or violated any provision of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended, or (iii) made any other unlawful payment.

Certain Business Practices. Neither None of Parent, any Subsidiary thereof and, to the Knowledge of the Parent, any Parent nor Employee or any director, officer, officer or agent or employee of Parent or any Subsidiary thereof, has (ia) used any funds for unlawful contributions, gifts, entertainment or other unlawful expenses relating to political activity, or (iib) made any unlawful payment to foreign or domestic government officials or employees or to foreign or domestic political parties or campaigns or violated any provision of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended, or (iii) made any other unlawful payment.

Neither Parent nor any director, officer, agent or employee of Parent has has, on behalf of Parent, (i) used any funds for unlawful contributions, gifts, entertainment or other unlawful expenses relating to political activity, (ii) made any unlawful payment to foreign or domestic government officials or employees or to foreign or domestic political parties or campaigns or violated any provision of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended, or (iii) made any other unlawful payment.

Neither As of the date hereof, neither Parent or Purchaser nor any director, officer, employee or agent or employee of Parent or Purchaser has (ia) used any funds for unlawful contributions, gifts, entertainment or other unlawful expenses payments relating to political activity, (iib) made any unlawful payment to any foreign or domestic government officials official or employees employee or to any foreign or domestic political parties party or campaigns campaign or violated any provision of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended, or (iiic) made any other unlawful payment.

Neither Parent nor nor, to the knowledge of Parent, any director, officer, employee or agent or employee of Parent has or its Subsidiaries has: (ia) used any funds for unlawful contributions, gifts, entertainment or other unlawful expenses payments relating to political activity, ; (iib) made any unlawful payment to any foreign or domestic government officials official or employees employee or to any foreign or domestic political parties party or campaigns campaign or violated any provision of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended, ; or (iiic) made any other unlawful payment.

Neither Parent To the knowledge of the Parent, neither it nor any director, officer, employee or agent or employee of the Parent has (i) used any Parent funds for unlawful contributions, gifts, entertainment or other unlawful expenses payments relating to political activity, ; (ii) made any unlawful payment of Parent funds to any foreign or domestic government officials official or employees employee or to any foreign or domestic political parties party or campaigns campaign or violated any provision of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended, ; or (iii) made any other unlawful paymentpayment utilizing Parent funds.

Certain Business Practices. Neither Parent nor any director, officer, agent or employee None of Parent or, to the knowledge of Parent, any of its directors or officers, agents or employees, has (i) used any funds for unlawful contributions, gifts, entertainment or other unlawful expenses relating related to political activity, ; (ii) made any unlawful payment to foreign or domestic government officials or employees or to foreign or domestic political parties or campaigns or violated any provision of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended, ; or (iii) made any other unlawful paymentpayment in the nature of criminal bribery.
