Common use of Certain Business Practices Clause in Contracts

Certain Business Practices. None of the Acquired Corporations nor any director, officer, agent or employee of any of the Acquired Corporations has (i) used any funds for unlawful contributions, gifts, entertainment or other unlawful expenses relating to political activity, (ii) made any unlawful payment to foreign or domestic government officials or employees or to foreign or domestic political parties or campaigns or violated any provision of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended, or (iii) made any other unlawful payment.

Certain Business Practices. None of the Acquired Corporations nor any director, officer, agent or employee of any of the Acquired Corporations has has, on behalf of any of the Acquired Corporations, (i) used any funds for unlawful contributions, gifts, entertainment or other unlawful expenses relating to political activity, (ii) made any unlawful payment to foreign or domestic government officials or employees or to foreign or domestic political parties or campaigns or violated any provision of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended, or (iii) made any other unlawful payment.

Certain Business Practices. None of the Acquired Corporations nor any Corporations, and (to the best of the knowledge of the Company) no director, officer, agent or employee of any of the Acquired Corporations Corporations, has (i) used any funds for unlawful contributions, gifts, entertainment or other unlawful expenses relating to political activity, (ii) made any unlawful payment to foreign or domestic government officials or employees or to foreign or domestic political parties or campaigns or violated any provision of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended, or (iii) made any other unlawful payment.

None Neither of the Acquired Corporations nor any director, officer, agent or employee of any either of the Acquired Corporations has (i) used any funds for unlawful contributions, gifts, entertainment or other unlawful expenses relating to political activity, (ii) made any unlawful payment to foreign or domestic government officials or employees or to foreign or domestic political parties or campaigns or violated any provision of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended, or (iii) made any other unlawful payment.
