Certain Business Representations. (a) Labor Relations. No dispute or controversy between Tenant --------------- or any Affiliate and its or their employees has resulted in, or is reasonably likely to result in, any Material Adverse Change, and neither Tenant nor any Affiliate anticipates that its relationships with its unions or employees will result, or are reasonably likely to result, in any Material Adverse Change. Tenant and each Affiliate is in compliance in all material respects with all federal and state laws relating to employees and labor relations, including, but not limited to, laws relating to health and safety in the workplace, non-discrimination in employment and the payment of wages.
