Common use of Certain Common Terms Clause in Contracts

Certain Common Terms. The term “documents” includes any and all instruments, documents, agreements, certificates, indentures, notices and other writings, however evidenced. The terms “include”, “includes” and “including” are not limiting and shall be deemed to be following by the phrase “without limitation.” The term “Person” shall be construed to include such Person’s successors and assigns.
