Certain Consignment Arrangements. Permit any Loan Party or any Subsidiary of a Loan Party to (a) hold any consigned inventory from any of Clover Corporation, X. Xxxxxxxxx & Sons, Inc. or S.H.R. Inc. unless and until the Agents shall have received evidence satisfactory to the Agents that any UCC filings on record or to be recorded in respect of any consignment arrangements made by such Persons are satisfactory to the Agents, or (b) engage in any consignment arrangement with any Loan Party or any Subsidiary of a Loan Party.
