Common use of Certain Conventions Clause in Contracts

Certain Conventions. Any reference in this Agreement to an Article, Section, subsection, paragraph, clause, or Schedule or Exhibit shall be deemed to be a reference to an Article, Section, subsection, paragraph, clause, or Schedule or Exhibit, of or to, as the case may be, this Agreement, unless otherwise indicated. Unless the context of this Agreement otherwise requires, (a) words of any gender include each other gender, (b) words such as “herein”, “hereof”, and “hereunder” refer to this Agreement as a whole and not merely to the particular provision in which such words appear, (c) words using the singular shall include the plural, and vice versa, (d) whenever any provision of this Agreement uses the term “including” (or “includes” or words of similar import), such term shall not be limiting and such term shall be deemed to mean “including without limitation” (or “includes without limitation”), (e) the word “or” shall not be construed as exclusive, and (f) references to any Articles or Sections include Sections and subsections that are part of the reference Article or section (e.g., a section numbered “Section 2.2.1” would be part of “Section 2.2.”, and references to “Article 2” or “
