Common use of Certain Covenant Defaults Clause in Contracts

Certain Covenant Defaults. (i) Any breach by the Company of any of the terms required to be observed by it under Section 7.1 (other than Section 7.1(g)), which is not remedied within five days after the Company receives written notice from any Bank or the Administrative Agent; (ii) any breach by the Company of any of the terms required to be observed by it under Section 2.6, 7.2, 7.7, 7.8, 7.10, 7.13, 7.14 or 7.15; or (iii) any material breach by the Company of any of the other terms or provisions required to be observed by it under Article VII which is not remedied within five days after the Company receives written notice from any Bank or the Administrative Agent.
