Seller will cooperate in good faith, at Buyer's request, to make all registrations, filings, and applications and to give all notices and to obtain all governmental and other consents, transfers, approvals, orders, qualifications and waivers necessary or desirable for the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby or which may thereafter be reasonably necessary or desirable to effect the transfer or renewal of the Equipment.
