Certain Custodial Accounts and Contracts. The term "Trustee" as used herein will also include a person holding the assets of a custodial account, an annuity contract or other contract which is treated as a qualified trust pursuant to Section 401(f) of the Code and references to the Trust Fund shall be construed to apply to such custodial account, annuity contract or other contract.
