Certain Deductions by the Administrative Agent. If any Lender shall fail to make any payment required to be made by it pursuant to Section 2.05(b), Section 2.08(d), Section 2.08(e), Section 4.02, Section 5.03(f) or Section 12.03(c), then the Administrative Agent may, in its sole discretion (notwithstanding any contrary provision hereof), (i) apply any amounts thereafter received by the Administrative Agent for the account of such Lender for the benefit of the Administrative Agent or the Issuing Bank to satisfy such Lender’s obligations to it under such Section until all such unsatisfied obligations are fully paid, and/or (ii) hold any such amounts in a segregated account as cash collateral for, and application to, any future funding obligations of such Lender under any such Section, in the case of each of clauses (i) and (ii) above, in any order as determined by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion.

If any Lender shall fail to make any payment required to be made by it pursuant to Section 2.05(b2.05(a), Section 2.08(d), Section 2.08(e), Section 4.02, Section 5.03(f) ), Section 11.10 or Section 12.03(c), then the Administrative Agent may, in its sole discretion (notwithstanding any contrary provision hereof), (i) apply any amounts thereafter received by the Administrative Agent for the account of such Lender for the benefit of the Administrative Agent or the Issuing Bank to satisfy such Lender’s obligations to it under such Section Sections until all such unsatisfied obligations are fully paid, and/or (ii) hold any such amounts in a segregated account as cash collateral for, and application to, any future funding obligations of such Lender under any such Section, in the case of each of clauses (i) and (ii) above, in any order as determined by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion.

If any Lender shall fail to make any payment required to be made by it pursuant to Section 2.05(b2.04(c), Section 2.08(d2.05(e), Section 2.08(e), Section 4.02, Section 5.03(f2.06(b) or Section 12.03(c2.16(e), then the Administrative Agent may, in its sole discretion (notwithstanding any contrary provision hereof), (i) apply any amounts thereafter received by the Administrative Agent for the account of such Lender for the benefit of the Administrative Agent Agent, any Swingline Lender or the any Issuing Bank Lender to satisfy such Lender’s obligations to it under such Section Sections until all such unsatisfied obligations are fully paid, and/or (ii) hold any such amounts in a segregated account as cash collateral for, and application to, any future funding obligations of such Lender under any such Section, in the case of each of clauses (i) and (ii) aboveof this sentence, in any order as determined by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion.

If any Lender shall fail to make any payment required to be made by it pursuant to Section 2.05(b2.05(a), Section 2.08(d2.07(d), Section 2.08(e2.07(e), Section 4.02, Section 5.03(f5.03(e), Section 12.03(c) or Section 12.03(c)otherwise hereunder, then the Administrative Agent may, in its sole discretion (notwithstanding any contrary provision hereof), (i) apply any amounts thereafter received by the Administrative Agent for the account of such Lender and for the benefit of the Administrative Agent or the Issuing Bank to satisfy such Lender’s obligations to it under such Section hereunder until all such unsatisfied obligations are fully paid, paid and/or (ii) hold any such amounts in a segregated account as cash collateral for, and application to, any future funding obligations of such Lender under any such Sectionhereunder, in the case of each of clauses (i) and (ii) above, in any order as determined by the Administrative Agent in its sole reasonable discretion.

If any Lender shall fail to make any payment required to be made by it pursuant to Section 2.05(b2.15(e), Section 2.08(d2.17(c), Section 2.08(e), Section 4.02, Section 5.03(f2.18(d) or Section 12.03(c9.03(c), then the Administrative Agent may, in its sole discretion (and notwithstanding any contrary provision hereof), (i) apply any amounts thereafter received by the Administrative Agent for the account of such Lender for the benefit of the Administrative Agent Agent, the Swingline Lender or the Issuing Bank Banks to satisfy such Lender’s obligations to it under such Section until all such unsatisfied obligations are fully paid, and/or (ii) hold any such amounts in a segregated account as cash collateral for, and application to, any future funding obligations of such Lender under any such Section, in the case of each of clauses (i) and (ii) above, in any order as determined by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion.
