Certain Defined Terms; UCC Definitions. For purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the respective meanings given to them below. All capitalized terms used in this Agreement and not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings assigned to them in the Credit Agreement, and any term used herein that is not defined herein or in the Credit Agreement but is defined in the UCC shall be used herein as defined in the UCC.
