Unless the context otherwise requires, all capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings set forth in Appendix A hereto for all purposes of this Indenture, and include the plural as well as the singular. All references to articles, sections, clauses, schedules and appendices in this Indenture are to articles, sections, clauses, schedules and appendices in and to this Indenture unless otherwise indicated. All accounting terms not otherwise defined herein or in Appendix A hereto have the meanings assigned to them in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
