Common use of Certain Documents Clause in Contracts

Certain Documents. The Borrower has delivered to the Administrative Agent a complete and correct copy of the Senior Note Documents, the Holdings Note Documents, the Senior Subordinated Note Documents and the Permitted Sponsor Subordinated Debt Agreements, if any, and in each case, any amendments, supplements or modifications with respect to any of the foregoing.
