CERTAIN DUTIES OF THE SERVICER UNDER THE TRUST AGREEMENT. The Servicer shall, and hereby agrees that it will, monitor the Trust's compliance with all applicable provisions of state and federal securities laws, notify the Trust and the Administrator of any actions to be taken by the Trust necessary for compliance with such laws and prepare on behalf of the Trust and the Administrator all notices, filings or other documents or instruments required to be filed under such laws.
