Certain Duties of the Servicer. The Servicer shall, and hereby agrees that it will, monitor the Issuer's compliance with all applicable provisions of federal securities laws, notify the Issuer of any actions to be taken by the Issuer necessary for compliance with such laws and prepare on behalf of the Issuer all notices, filings or other documents or instruments required to be filed under such laws.
