Certain ECA Revenue. Unless the Agent shall otherwise consent in writing with respect to any Permitted ECA Financing incurred under Section 6.10(m)(i), 100% of the ECA Revenues Amount for each ECA Project financed by a Permitted ECA Financing incurred under Section 6.10(m)(i) that is then outstanding, to the extent not received by a Loan Party, must be transferred to a Loan Party no later than 60 days following the end of each Fiscal Quarter (or 105 days in the case of the fourth Fiscal Quarter of each Fiscal Year); provided that, notwithstanding the foregoing, no portion of the ECA Revenues Amount shall be required to be so transferred to a Loan Party if such transfer would be prohibited by applicable Law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Section 5.13 shall not apply to any Specified ECA Project or Specified ECA Financing.
