The Company has not stored, disposed of, arranged for or permitted the disposal of, transported, handled or released any substance, including, without limitation, any hazardous substance, pollutant, contaminant or waste, or owned or operated any facility or property, so as to give rise to Liabilities of the Company pursuant to the Environmental Requirements, including, without limitation, any Liability of response costs, corrective action, natural resources damages, personal injury, property damage or attorneys fees.
