This Agreement hereby incorporates by reference as though fully set forth herein all provisions of the Credit Agreement set forth under Sections 5.1 through 5.10 thereof, including, without limitation, as if the LOC Disbursements referred to herein were Loans (as defined in the Credit Agreement) under the Credit Agreement.
